Over the pass 17 months hosting with ipowerweb, i have to agree that ipowerweb support team are great. Because this ipowerweb review site is monitored 24/7 for downtime, and i will be alerted once downtime occur. There were not many downtime in a month duration. And where there is long downtime detected, i will initiate the live chat with ipowerweb support team. Its simple and convenient.
Email ticket support are slower as there is queue system to wait for, you will not get immediate attention through email support. But live chat support is the next big thing, you get your attention right the way, you are chatting with well trained technical support team.
