Changing existing domain nameserver will allow you to host your website with ipower web hosting. And there is no need to do domain transfer for this to work, which will take longer than 7 days to do so. To change your dns domain nameserver to point to ipower dns, login to your domain control panel, and change the DNS field to as following:
Primary Ipower DNS nameserver: ns1.ipower.com
Secondary Ipower DNS nameserver: ns2.ipower.com
Wait for domain propagation, and your website will be fully pointed to ipower once the propagation completed.
