Ipower.com and ipowerweb.com is similar company, just that the ipower.com is offering a starter plan that is not available for the ipowerweb.com. Seem like they targeting different market segment for both website. As you can see at below picture, the ipower starter plan is from $3.95 and included with single mysql database. Thus you can host a blog site, a forum, photo gallery or anything else. Also included password protected directory and email account with webmail as well.
