Service for the site has been reliable. The customer service contact was handled well Spam service for comments is good, but certainly not foolproof. Similarly, getting the site up and running and looking and operating as I would most desire is more complicated (no surprise, really) than the marketing materials suggest — it is not always easy to navigate the help suggestions and forums to find an answer.
